1. Check whether the test device at the end of the sprinkler pipe network is normal (whether the water pressure and flow meet the requirements).

2. Check whether the test water flow indicator is sensitive, whether the alarm is accurate, whether the reset is normal, whether there is a display in the fire center.

3. Check whether the sprinkler and pipeline are in good condition, and whether there is any hidden danger.

4. Check whether each valve is in the normal open state, test whether the floor signal valve switch is flexible, and whether the fire center has a closing signal display.

5. Check and maintain the water pump adapter of the sprinkler system to make sure integrity and no leakage.

6. Test regularly whether the safety pressure relief valve is sensitive and reliable, and check whether the water hammer absorber works effectively.

7. Check if the automatic exhaust valve of the spray riser works normally.

8. Check and test whether the wet system alarm valve and hydraulic alarm bell are in good condition, whether the spray pump is started, and whether the display of the fire center is accurate.

9. Check whether the valve is flexible and effective regularly. If the valve is not closed tightly or can’t be used flexibly, it should be repaired in time. If the contact surface of the valve is defective, it needs to be ground and replaced if it can’t be repaired. Add oil regularly to the bolts of the rotating parts of the valve.

10. Check whether the turning on and off of the check valve is flexible and effective.

11. Check the fire sprinkler system pipe network regularly, replace severely corroded pipes, and for pipelines with peeling paint, remove the rust, and paint the anti-rust paint and marking paint.

What is Fire Hose? What is Fire Hose?
Oct .13.2023
A fire hose is a highly pressurized hose that is used to bring water to the fire. It may also transport flame retardants. Fire hoses can be attached to either a fire engine or a fire hydrant, and the pressure is between 800 and 2000 kPa. For reasons of fire safety, it's quite important to have a fire hose inspection as well as all fire protection equipment tested.  If, during a fire emergency, the fire hose fails it could have disastrous results.

Waterproof Heat Detector
Fixed Temperature Waterproof Heat Detector, the detector uses a bi-metallic strip to sense temperature change, therefore consuming minimal standby current and providing high reliability.
The Detector is particularly suited to environments, which are exposed to high levels of condensation or are hosed down. The detector has a wide operating margin allowing it to respond to both slow and fast increases in temperature; it can also sense temperature reliably in a horizontal or vertical position.

The Explosion Proof range of products has been designed to provide protection against explosions and products to ensure that all major advantages of high-quality fire detection technology can be safely exploited in industrial and hazardous environments. Many difficult sites such as metal, paint, pipelines, chemical, pharmaceutical, oil refineries, and other installations are vulnerable to the risk of explosion. In order to protect the assets and people, they need special solutions for fast and reliable fire detection.
